Terms of use

Rules for using the ZONED website, app preview, and audio content.

Beta legal notice, last updated May 13, 2026. This page describes the current non-payment beta and should be reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before paid launch, especially for GDPR, consumer protection, subscriptions, youth users, digital content rules, and local Impressum requirements.

Scope

These terms apply to the ZONED website, web app, audio sessions, beta features, account pages, and related communications.

Purpose of ZONED

ZONED provides short audio sessions for focus, relaxation, recovery, sleep support, and mental performance routines for athletes. ZONED is not medical care, psychotherapy, emergency support, or a substitute for professional advice.

Eligibility

The product is designed for athletes aged 14 and older. Users under the age required by local law to enter into a digital service contract should use ZONED with parent or guardian permission.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information, keep login access secure, and tell us if they believe their account has been used without permission.

Acceptable use

Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse ZONED content, accounts, audio files, or technical systems.

Subscriptions and trials

If ZONED offers paid plans, the checkout page will show price, trial period, renewal period, cancellation method, taxes, and payment provider before purchase. The current beta may include free or preview access while the product is tested.

Content ownership

ZONED branding, copy, page design, audio sessions, routines, scripts, and training materials remain the property of ZONED or its licensors. Users receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the content inside the service.

Availability

ZONED may change features, tracks, pricing, access rules, and integrations as the product develops. We aim to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions can happen.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, misuses the service, or creates security or legal risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZONED is not liable for indirect loss, training outcomes, competition results, or decisions made by athletes, parents, coaches, or teams based on the service.

Governing law

Governing law and venue will be finalized after legal review and before paid launch. Consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract continue to apply.
