We may collect account email, authentication data, sport preferences, age range, selected goals, session history, check-ins, Pro interest submissions, technical device data, support messages, and payment/subscription status if paid plans are enabled.

Data is provided directly by users, generated through app usage, or created by service providers such as hosting, authentication, database, audio storage, email, analytics, and payment tools.
Purposes
We use data to provide login, recommend sessions, play audio, remember progress, manage Pro interest, improve product quality, maintain security, respond to support, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing may rely on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or guardian/user consent where required for younger users.
Service providers
Current or expected processors include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting; GitHub for source control; and future payment, email, analytics, and customer support providers. Vendor names should be finalized before public launch.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, transfers should rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Account and usage data is kept while the account is active or as needed for service, security, legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Beta feedback may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form where possible.
User rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Users may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Children and young athletes
ZONED is aimed at athletes aged 14 and older. If local law requires parent or guardian consent for digital services, users should only use ZONED with that permission.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including authentication, database access controls, storage rules, and limited admin access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
